Gay Casey, SPHR, is an Executive Vice President and Partner with Novia Strategies, bringing to the firm over 25 years of consulting and project management experience.
As a specialist in human resources, benefits and recruitment consulting, Gay has spent the last several years developing workforce solutions for healthcare systems throughout the United States. She is recognized for her expertise in effectively aligning workforce strategies with a healthcare organization’s financial objectives, while maintaining their ability to recruit and retain quality staff.
Prior to specializing in healthcare, Gay was the Chief Executive Officer and owner of a large, regional human resources consulting and staffing firm in Texas. Gay’s experience extends to the non labor practice as well. As a Partner with Novia Strategies, she provides project oversight that has assisted clients in saving millions of dollars in non labor cost reduction projects. She is also the founder and developer of a Human Resources Practice for a large healthcare consulting firm, generating over $7.5 million in revenue, while leading non labor cost reduction projects, delivering over $15 million in annual recurring savings.
